The Stevie Awards are handed out yearly to businesses ranging from non-profit to for-profit, big to small, and private to public. One of four different Stevie Awards programs, The American Business Awards were recently handed out. John Hancock swept the customer service category and won quite a few other awards for their excellent products and services. In a company press release, “John Hancock Sweeps American Business Awards in Customer Service Team of the Year Category for Financial Services,” Marketwatch details John Hancock’s awards.
John Hancock Annuities won both the gold and bronze awards for the Financial Services Industry customer service teams of the year. The gold award went to the customer service team and the bronze award went to the annuity claims team. John Hancock Signature Services, the company’s transfer team, won the silver award in the same category for the customer service of their complaints team. JHSS also won silver awards for the Most Innovative Company of the year with up to 2,500 workers and Business Innovation of the Year.
The silver award for Support Department of the Year went to John Hancock Fund Administration. Multiple bronze awards were won by John Hancock at the Stevie Awards as well. JHSS received Company of the Year, Business Innovation of the Year, and Support Team of the Year. The customer service department of John Hancock’s Annuity & Fixed Product division won the bronze award for Financial Services Customer Service Team of the Year. John Hancock Annuities, John Hancock Fixed Products, and JHSS received Support Department of the Year bronze awards. There were even more bronze awards handed out to John Hancock’s companies. Their exceptional annuity service does not go unnoticed.
